In the Free River
Pointman: fredfree

City Guide Review:
"The mysterious Plinthus Point juts out into the Free River near the Erwtensoep District and is basically inaccessible to anyone but experienced rock climbers and parachutists - but we don't recommend either method as there are hungry and nasty guard dogs roaming the surface. If you safely want to see what sits atop the unusual attraction, you can board SimCopter tours near the local FVC. The thirty minute tour starts out with a few flyovers, then drops down for some nifty close-up views of some incredibly small parks, roads and buildings - including miniaturized office buildings, churches and even the famous Land of Tomorrow attraction - which is already a miniature in its own right. The only thing that isn't miniature however, is the $100 price to do this."
