The construction of the Largest Miniature Golf Course in the SimWorld is making great progress - the first 19 holes are now on the official FMG site and ready to be tested - so grab a club, a wacky colored ball and putt putt away. More details about the project as well as some new props are also available at the site.

Portland is popular this week. The big WW has just added 7 sets of windows from the downtown area of the city as well the Warehouse District - just in time for all of those grungy industrial projects you've been meaning to build.

A sampling of signs from the always sunny city of Portland Oregon, has arrived at the Eye Candy - including one that seems right at home here in Freeland.

After taking a month-long vacation, OTTO has returned to the not so distant future and brought back three virtual landmarks from DB666 and one from Moonicoot. Guest voyagers, berserk666 and mimita, were at the controls this time out.

The first two Freeland Express Fuel Stops are now up as well as Freeland's Plaza Shopping Center containing the first Freeland's Discount Merchandise Store and Freeland Super Saver - two more stores have also been announced and are under construction throughout the city: Freeland Buckland and Freeland Warehouse. Thanks to C&J, Freeland's commercial zones are filled with satisfied shoppers.

Go Old SChool by taking the Llama to our newest destinations on the www: it's time to revisit SimCity 2000 and nine of the sites that are still out there exhibiting the skill and creativity of the many scurkers and city-builders that came before us. One of the sites is the sc2k section within Gothia - while you're there, be sure to take a tour of the masterful Livin 2002 Exposition SAC has created for our current unlimited simworld.

A long lost donation of paints by bikerguy - over 230 - has also been added to his already large paint sales table. So are you a Member yet? Freeland Mini-Golf Update  >  06/19
Nine holes have been completed so far by several members of the SimWorld Community - check them out in the Freeland Forum. In case you missed it - we are attempting to create the largest mini-golf course in the SimWorld and you are invited to join in and make a hole or three - or 18 - this is a summer-long project so you have plenty of time to work up some wild designs. Everything from the post office to the courthouse of Missoula, Montana weigh in against the stores and businesses of the Black Horse Pike in South Jersey. Translation: there are now over 120 NEW architectural details, windows, doors, storefronts and signs now available. Included in this update are also a bunch of new details added to the Spokane Series.

Two new programs air today: The Random Stuff Show and The Audrey Taylor Collection. The first one has a few items to spice up your BAP plans including musicians, a halfpipe, pharoah and the marquee that fell off the old Freeland Cinema; the second one is a fine collection of classic art reproductions as presented by the infamous Audrey Taylor - who once performed at the old Freeland Cinema. A Big Thanks to MGMstar for bringing Ms. Taylor to our attention!

The latest project from the Dutch Master is the Munt Tower. As always you can visit his shop and see the history of the project and download the customs that went into recreating it [over 40 details, a clock tower, gates and chimneys]. Also available are additional items from previous works, including awnings and gable pieces.

Llama Lines: SKYLINE  >  6/03
The newest SimWorld destination to open is called SKYLINE and is a collaboration put together by Gemika and a growing group of talented bappers and custom makers. They have five businesses offering customs and buildings to start with, but have several others opening soon. A Hall of Fame type of building exchange is planned as is community-wide City Project now being discussed in their Forum.
